A series of 5- one hour sessions in which you will learn how to give your baby a full body massage, including specific strokes to help with difficulties such as colic and constipation. There is emphasis on infant communication to help you develop confidence in your ability to interpret yourbaby's unique cues. Our discussion times include; natural ways to encourage sleep and settling, how to incorporate massage in your daily routine, stress management for parents, which oils to use, safety during massage and how to continue massage as your baby grows... Either or both parents may attend the class. Baby should be between the age of 4 weeks and 1 year .
